Is custom design available?
We don't take custom design requests at this time, but it probably will be available closer to March ~
I received damaged item / not what I ordered / about refunds
I do not accept returns or exchanges because each piece is handmade and may differ slightly from the sample in the photo. If you encounter any problem, please CONTACT ME first. If suddenly you received a damaged product, or not the one you ordered, contact me and I will solve this problem: I will remake the product or make a refund πΊ

The status of my parcel has not been updated for a long time / the parcel is lost
If the parcel status is not updated within 2-3 weeks, please contact me and I will promptly resolve this issue. Please note that during holidays and weekends, such as Christmas or Chinese New Year, postal services are very busy and there may be delays. Also, due to Covid-19, delivery to some countries may take longer time.
Gift wrapping
All the orders are coming with well made and good looking wrapping. We usually use craft paper for decorating.
