Because all items in our store are handmade and made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases described below.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days if:

The item is defective or damaged

You received the wrong item
We will evaluate the issue and make it right by resending the item or issuing a refund if the fault is on our side.
🤍 Incorrect Address

If the package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, we can resend your order after payment of an additional shipping fee.

We do not refund if the package is lost in transit due to an incorrect address.
