📍 IMPORTANT Shipping Update for U.S. Customers

Shipping rates to the United States have been updated and now include applicable taxes. All parcels are shipped as gifts, no signature needed.

Please track your parcel carefully, as customs may contact you directly if needed. Orders are sent via economy service, which does not include return delivery. If a parcel is lost, only a partial refund (excluding shipping costs) may be possible, depending on postal compensation.

Make sure your address is correct, as we cannot provide refunds or replacements for lost or undelivered parcels. For valuable orders, please monitor tracking closely — delivery responsibility rests with the customer.

  • Ready-to-ship items: Usually prepared and shipped within 3–7 business days

  • Pre-order items: Can take up to 1 month to ship. These items are clearly marked as PRE-ORDER on the product page

  • Shipping origin: All orders are shipped from our workshop in Thailand

  • Estimated delivery time: Approx. 3–4 weeks worldwide. Please allow more time during holidays or possible customs delays

  • Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout based on your delivery address

💡 Every order includes a tracking number, and updates will be sent to your email

🤍 Delivery & Customs

  • Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees applied by their country
    In some regions, these charges can be up to 40% of the item price — we recommend checking your local regulations to avoid surprises!

  • Secure payment is processed via 2Checkout / PayPal:

    • PayPal (you can pay with your card via PayPal, even without an account)

    • DISCOVER, American Express, JCB cards (VISA and Mastercard are not allowed)

🤍 Returns & Refunds

We truly care about your experience. If something goes wrong, we’ll do our best to make it right:

  • Incorrect address: If your order is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we can refund the item minus return shipping costs

  • Lost package: If your order hasn't arrived within 45 days, please contact us. We’ll investigate the issue and, if the package is confirmed lost, we’ll offer a solution — including a refund

  • Damaged items: Please send us photos within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll take care of the rest
