From the selection of materials to the finishing touches, we pour our hearts into each item to make it special for you.

Workshops and Shipping Regions
We operate two workshops in different locations, and we ship worldwide:

• Wooden Wall Decor: Crafted by our team in Russia, this collection includes one-of-a-kind wooden pieces and is available for shipping to select countries only.
• Other products: Handmade by us in Thailand, this decor is available for delivery to all countries worldwide.
  Please note: Because items are sent from different locations, orders from different workshops cannot be combined in a single shipment.

Gift Packaging and Surprises
We believe in making every delivery a delightful experience! That’s why all orders come beautifully gift-wrapped, complete with a little extra surprise just for you.

Production and Shipping Times

• Production: 7-14 business days, as each item is carefully crafted and packaged.
• Pre-orders: Items marked "Pre-order" may take up to a month to complete.
• Shipping: On average, it takes 3-4 weeks to deliver worldwide, though holiday periods can extend delivery times.
• Shipping Cost: The exact cost will be calculated at checkout.

Tracking and Updates
All orders are shipped with a tracking number, and you'll receive tracking updates and delivery notifications via email.
